Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-Senior Technical Lead

As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) at Silicon Labs in Hyderabad, Telangana, you will play a crucial role in leading the architecture, design, development, and operations of AEM applications and integrations. Your responsibilities will include driving the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of AEM infrastructure, collaborating closely with Digital Experience teams, developers, IT Infrastructure team, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of AEM solutions. Additionally, you will manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion. You will be expected to translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs utilizing industry-standard methodologies. It is imperative that you possess a thorough understanding of the AEM platform and its various components, such as content management, commerce, digital asset management, target, analytics, and more. Your expertise will be pivotal in contributing to strategic planning meetings and offering guidance and expertise on system options, risks, and impacts. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating a successful track record in delivering global, highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities. You must also have at least 5 years of experience in implementing web applications and web content management solutions using the AEM platform, along with a proven ability to lead complex AEM implementation projects from design through delivery. Proficiency in AEM component development, workflow development, integrating AEM with other applications, and familiarity with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud stack are essential. Additionally, you should possess a strong background in building web and responsive mobile experiences, as well as in-depth knowledge of AEM Core components such as Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, CRX, etc. Experience with continuous integration, robust build/test automation, front-end languages, server-side languages, and team management is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. Moreover, having experience in OWASP ModSecurity, migrating from AEM as a Managed Service to AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM tag and script management using Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Agile methodologies, and DevOps will be considered advantageous. Knowledge of emerging digital platform technologies, strong stakeholder relationships, and familiarity with project management tools are also beneficial.
