Adobe EDS

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions for AEM components, templates, workflows, and models. Your role will involve designing and maintaining reusable components, frameworks, and libraries. Additionally, you will be expected to design and maintain integrations with both custom-built and third-party applications. Collaboration with product owners, architects, and technical partners is essential to deliver solutions effectively. You will actively participate in stand-ups, code reviews, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies throughout each two-week Sprint. Your involvement will span all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, application architecture, software development, testing, and deployment. It will also be part of your duties to resolve issues on AEM instances over cloud (AEMaaCs) and Content Delivery over Edge delivery services across dev, test, and production environments. Contributing to continuous improvement by exploring frontend solutions and UI technologies for review will also be a key aspect of your role. As a candidate for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent work experience. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with AEM versions 6.5 and above, with CDN and EDS. Strong communication skills to convey technical and complex concepts are crucial. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, or related UI technologies. A solid understanding of Cloud version control, Git branching models, and tools like Git Bash is required. Proficiency in authoring templates and content with Document Based and Universal Editor is expected. Familiarity with Content Fragments and the latest Block-based development model, including WYSIWYG, is preferred. You should also be capable of publishing and managing content in an EDS technical architecture. Knowledge of HTML Fragments Distribution, Sitemap handling, and Metadata management with EDS will be beneficial. Experience with Block-Based Architecture using EDS, including creating Blocks, Content Modeling, and DAM assets management in EDS, is desired. Knowledge of Sitemap and Metadata handling in EDS will be advantageous.,
