Adobe Campaign - Technical Consultant

You will be working as an Individual Contributor in a technical role where you will be providing consulting advice and support to clients for implementing Adobe Campaign solutions and offering technical advisory services as needed. This client-facing role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their technical and business requirements in order to implement the Adobe Campaign solution effectively and ensure the client derives the maximum value from it. Your main objective will be to drive successful delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include enabling client success by providing innovative solutions using Adobe's Digital Marketing Suite, developing coding best practices and solutions that integrate with the client's existing online infrastructure, including mobile and third-party advertising efforts. You will also be involved in integrating Digital Marketing Products with existing websites, providing support and training to other marketing specialists, mentoring new Development Consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations, staying updated on new technologies and platforms, and delivering top-notch solutions to clients. As part of your role, you will provide implementation consultancy, customer assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients. This will involve working with clients to assess their requirements, configuring and designing Adobe Campaign to meet their business needs, setting up ETL and data flows, configuring the solution as per customer requirements, troubleshooting and resolving issues, creating implementation plans, providing knowledge transfer and training to customers, handling product installations, upgrades, and configuration activities, reporting on project delivery, managing projects, and collaborating with various teams to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations and business consulting services. To succeed in this role, you should have expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL), programming experience in languages such as Javascript, Java, VB, C#, and PHP, knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS, good communication skills, self-motivation, fast learning ability, project management skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, work independently, and lead team members. Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation, page load events, and previous experience in leading team members will be an added advantage.
