Adobe Campaign Standard Developer

As an Adobe Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide Tier 1 Support using Adobe Experience Cloud products. This entails various tasks including architecture, solution design, integration, governance, and technical leadership. Your key roles and responsibilities will involve: 1. Providing Tier 1 Support: - Demonstrating good experience with Adobe Campaign Standard. - Having a basic understanding of Integration, data design, and web technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages, particularly SQL. - Being well-versed in Adobe Campaign Standard to support Emails, Push notifications, SMS integrations. - Exposure to integrations with other Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Focusing on design documentation, peer reviews, and best practices diligently. - Collaborating closely with Product Owners to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Possessing good communication skills. - Experience in direct customer interaction and delivering high-quality service. - Proficiency in analysis and debugging. 2. Platform Expertise: - Having deep knowledge of at least one or more Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics for customer behavior insights, Adobe Target for personalization and testing, Adobe Campaign for multichannel marketing, Adobe Workflow configuration/building framework, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe 1DS. Skills Required: - Adobe Campaign Management - Experience with Delta lake, Parquet, and Spark SQL via Synapse - DevOps CICD pipelines Cloud Manager - Cloud platforms like Adobe Managed Services on Azure - Ability to enable personalized customer journeys and provide analytics insights Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, JavaScript - Expertise in Adobe Analytics and Campaign Your role as an Adobe Support will involve a combination of technical skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Adobe products to ensure effective support and solutions for clients.,
