We are seeking an experienced

AEM Manager

to lead the development and integration of

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

solutions. The role involves building

HTL wrappers for Lit-based web components

, extending Sling models, modifying dialogues, and ensuring

accessibility, responsiveness, and authoring consistency

. The candidate will collaborate with

frontend and design system teams

and follow

AEM best practices

for Cloud Service compatibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build HTL wrappers for Lit-based web components.
  • Integrate web component bundles into AEM client libraries.
  • Update or extend Sling models to support authoring requirements.
  • Modify AEM Dialogues for web component options.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and authoring consistency.
  • Collaborate with AEM, frontend, and design teams to enforce standards.
  • Adhere to AEM best practices for Cloud Service deployments.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 (on-prem) or Cloud Service.
  • Strong expertise in HTL, Sling models, JCR, and AEM Dialogues.
  • Experience integrating web components or JavaScript frameworks into AEM.
  • Familiarity with client libraries, AEM deployment workflows, Git, Maven, and local AEM SDK setups.
  • Knowledge of SCSS and token-driven styles.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to Lit, Storybook, design systems, Webpack.
  • UI development experience.
