Adobe AEM Java Developer

As an Adobe AEM professional, you will be responsible for hands-on development and debugging of AEM projects. You should have at least 7 years of overall experience with a minimum of 6 years in a relevant field. The job is based in PAN INDIA and follows a hybrid work mode. This is a Contract to Hire (C2H) position with an immediate joining requirement. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in AEM development, core web technologies such as XML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a strong understanding of Java, J2EE, Servlets, and enterprise Java frameworks. You should also have in-depth knowledge of Adobe AEM foundational concepts, experience in configuring and integrating various AEM elements, and familiarity with SDLC methodologies like Agile and SCRUM. Additional skills such as integrating content management systems with external applications, working with microservices for API handling, and implementing multibrand digital platforms will be beneficial. You should be capable of estimating project effort, defining team structures, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. In this role, you will be involved in conducting requirement discussions with clients, translating requirements into design specifications, performing hands-on development, debugging critical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions and approaches will also be part of your responsibilities. The mandatory skills for this position include Java, Software Engineering and Design Architecture, Bootstrap/CSS/CSS3, Adobe AEM, HTML/HTML5, and Java Microservices. Additionally, having knowledge of HTML/HTML5 is considered a good-to-have skill.
