Job Description

Role Overview: As an Adobe CQ5/AEM Developer, your role involves implementing, enhancing, and troubleshooting Adobe CQ5/AEM installations. You should have development experience in Core Java, J2EE, Adobe CQ5, Restful web services, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery or Extjs. It is essential to possess knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Very good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework is required. Additionally, strong client interfacing skills, excellent communication, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills are expected. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Adobe CQ5 (AEM) Content Management (CMS) - Proficiency in creating OSGI bundles, CQ5 Components, and Workflows - Strong Java/J2EE skills with knowledge of OOPS and design patterns - Understanding of Architectural patterns and Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) - Knowledge of CRX, Apache Sling, and UML diagrams (Use case, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment) - Designing modules and components, with exposure to end-to-end implementation on AEM - Performance optimization and scalability in AEM, with a focus on security model and SSO - Familiarity with AEM components like MSM, Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search, etc. - Experience in migrating content from legacy systems to AEM and integrating CMS with CRM, E-commerce, or portals Qualifications Required: - Ability to identify requirements in the discovery phase and recommend approaches to address non-functional requirements - Proficiency in designing Solution architecture, identifying components, and required Templates - Creating solutions and presenting them to customers Please note that the primary skills mentioned above are crucial for this role, while the secondary skills can further enhance your performance and effectiveness in delivering high-quality solutions.,
