Permanent/Contract: Permanent Shift: Monday to Saturday (11am to 5 or 6 pm) Key Responsibilities: Course Consultations. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the appropriate course(s) that align with each student's objectives, background, and skillset. Sales Target Achievement: Utilize your strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our courses and guide potential students through the enrollment process. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with prospective and enrolled students. Address their queries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly. Product Knowledge CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with students in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop persuasive sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support your counseling efforts. Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and student feedback to provide insights that can inform course improvements and marketing strategies.
