We’re Hiring: Senior Admission Counsellor – EdTech

• Location: Rohini West, New Delhi
• Department: Admissions / Outbound Sales
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
• Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Summary

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to join our dynamic EdTech admissions team. As a key member of our outreach effort, you will guide prospective students, understand their academic goals, and offer tailored program recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound queries and proactively follow up on leads (database provided)
• Initiate outbound calls to maximize student enrollments and exceed sales targets
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions and virtual product demonstrations
• Match Aimlay’s academic programs with each student's career path and aspirations
• Clearly communicate program benefits and processes with confidence and clarity
• Build rapport and trust with prospective students through empathy and understanding
• Maintain accurate records and lead status updates in CRM systems
• Generate and submit weekly performance and sales reports
• Ensure high student satisfaction to foster referrals and retention
• Engage in regular training for continued learning and upskilling

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in admissions counseling or sales (preferably in EdTech or education domain)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, consultative approach
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
