Job Title: Admission Counsellor - Female Candidates Only.

Location: MAAC Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: 30,000/- to 35,000/- Per Month

About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor / Education Counsellor at MAAC.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome, or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in counselling/admissions will be preferred. You will be responsible for handling student enquiries, explaining our courses, guiding them in career choices, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dial 200–250 outbound calls daily to prospective students.
• Invite and motivate students to visit the centre and ensure regular walk-ins.
• Once students and parents walk in, counsel them on career opportunities, course offerings, and placement support.
• Maintain accurate data of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversations.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Be target-oriented, aggressive, and proactive in driving results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresher or 2–3 years of experience in counselling or Sales.
• Languages Required: English, Telugu, and Hindi (fluency is mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high call volume and work under targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, record-keeping).
