Admission Telecaller

Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions inquiries. Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, fee structure, and campus facilities. Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels (online and offline). Maintain and update the admissions database and records of all calls and inquiries. Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission interviews for interested candidates. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions. Address queries and concerns in a professional, polite, and efficient manner. Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams for seamless applicant processing. Participate in admission drives, promotional events, and educational fairs as required.
