Admission Manager

Position Overview

The Manager Admissions will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the complete admissions process at the institution. The role involves achieving defined admission goals, building relationships with feeder schools, conducting outreach events, managing parent communications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively drive enrolments while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Targets & Outreach

• Achieve 100% of defined annual admissions goals.
  
• Conduct

  information sessions.

• Establish official associations with

  play schools

• Ensure

  registrations are generated from walk-ins

  and

  admissions are successfully closed from registrations

• Oversee and coordinate a successful annual admissions process, from enquiry to enrolment.
  

Parent & Stakeholder Engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver admissions events such as Open Houses, Guidance Meetings, Welcome Days, and Enrolment Days.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with feeder schools by organizing annual admissions meetings and participating in open evenings, fairs, and progression events.
  

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure

  Admission Withdrawal Register (AWR)

  is updated of new admissions, withdrawals, or strike-offs.
• Maintain 100% accurate and updated

  student dossiers

  with all required details and documents as per CBSE and institutional guidelines.
• Safeguard admission-related records and ensure they are audit-ready at all times.
  

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Continuously seek feedback to enhance and streamline the admissions process.
  
• Ensure student data and reports are always accurate and aligned with the AWR.
  
• Regularly update admissions literature, displays, and exhibition material.
  
• Prepare periodic reports on admissions progress, conversion ratios, and outreach outcomes for review by senior leadership.
