Admission Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Executive to engage with prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and help them choose the right program. The role requires strong communication skills, lead conversion abilities, and a target-driven mindset.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory as part of the application.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed enrollments by explaining program features, benefits, and admission procedures
• Provide personalized counseling to students and their families to support informed decision-making
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets consistently
• Communicate with potential learners through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, webinars, and online sessions
• Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain interest and close admissions efficiently
• Update all student information, interactions, and follow-up status accurately in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in admissions, sales, academic counselling, or similar roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle student queries confidently and guide them effectively
• Strong follow-up discipline with a target-oriented approach
• Experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly with students
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with EdTech or training institutes (added advantage)

Salary

• Competitive salary based on experience (add exact range if needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
