We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to contribute in reaching out to potential Students & Parents. If you have interest & experience Please share your details: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title : Admission Counselor Responsibilities: Responsible to manage qualify leads and convert them into enrollments. Providing in-depth information about the courses we offer. This includes face to face interaction, counseling through phone, email and chat. Handling number of calls per day (100+) and meet weekly/ monthly targets. Maintain and update student databases Participate in webinars, education fairs, and outreach activities Qualification & Skills: Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline. Candidates having an experience of 2-5years (educational institution, counselling / admissions preferably) Experience in college/university preferred. Experience of telecalling and EdTech preferred. Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and people reading skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Outstanding persuasion skills to resolve issues of students. Employment Type : Full time -On Site.
