Admission Counselor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage in comprehensive discussions with potential students to understand their academic history, career ambitions, and personal learning preferences.
• Match candidates with suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs that best reflect their goals, strengths, and educational needs.
• Act as the key point of contact throughout the admissions process, providing consistent communication, transparency, and timely updates.
• Present program structures, eligibility criteria, and tuition details in a straightforward, student-friendly format.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through thoughtful, needs-based advising that prioritizes student outcomes over sales metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in any academic field; additional relevance in education, counseling, or business is advantageous.
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in student guidance, educational sales, or academic advising.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
• A student-first approach combined with organizational strength, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to helping others achieve their academic goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
