Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand and explain various technical courses offered by the company
Guide and counsel students or working professionals on course selection
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Provide complete information about courses, fees, batch timings, and certifications
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
