Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Jaipur, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Based on performance in the interview)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential learners, providing accurate information about various programs and courses.
2. Counsel students and working professionals regarding course offerings, career outcomes, and program benefits.
3. Convert leads into successful enrollments by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential candidates via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
5. Work closely with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
6. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets related to admissions and outreach.
7. Maintain updated records of student interactions in the CRM system.
8. Provide a positive experience to students throughout the counseling and enrollment journey.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,768.90 - ₹37,883.06 per month
