Admission Counselor / Front office executive Female

• Student Counseling/ Maintain front Office
• Provide one-on-one counseling to students on study abroad options in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, etc.
• Understand students’ academic and career goals, and match them with appropriate programs and institutions.
• Application Support:
• Assist in the preparation and submission of university applications, SOPs, LORs, resumes, and other documents.
• Coordinate with university admissions teams and follow up on application status.
• Lead Management:
• Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow up on online leads.
• Maintain a database of students using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups..

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counseling and convincing ability
• Good knowledge of higher education systems across various countries
• Basic knowledge of visa rules and university procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and online tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in study abroad/immigration/education counseling preferred
