Job Description

Provide accurate and relevant information about academic programs, course content, admission procedures, and career outcomes. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in person or online) to understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and goals. Guide students through the application and admission process for schools, colleges, universities, or certification programs. Follow up with students via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they complete necessary application steps. Maintain a database of student interactions and regularly update progress. Collaborate with academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, changes in curriculum, and admission deadlines. Organize seminars, webinars, or workshops to promote educational programs. Assist in lead generation and contribute to achieving enrolment targets.
