Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

Royal Global University is seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele sales Executive to guide and assist prospective students in the admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, responding to inquiries, and promoting the university’s programs to ensure a seamless admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and campus life.
• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist students in filling out application forms and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Organize and participate in admission campaigns, school visits, and education fairs.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach initiatives and promotional activities.
• Guide students through the financial aid and scholarship application processes.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to students, addressing their concerns and queries.
• Stay updated on university policies, course structures, and industry trends to offer the best guidance to students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred).
• Must Know KHASI/MIZO/NAGAMESE
• 1-3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or related roles (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
