Job Summary

MAAC Ameerpet, a leading training institute in Animation, VFX, Game Design, and Multimedia, is hiring a female Education Counsellor to join our Admissions team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who can speak Telugu and English fluently, are goal-driven, and passionate about helping students build creative careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students (leads provided).
• Counsel students and parents about courses like VFX, 3D Animation, Graphic Design, Game Design, and UI/UX.
• Schedule and conduct in-person counselling sessions at the center.
• Convert walk-ins and telephonic inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up.
• Maintain daily student follow-up and enquiry data in Excel.
• Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
• Support in admission campaigns, events, and seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Languages: Fluency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge; must be able to use Excel and maintain follow-up records.
• Willing to work under pressure and learn in a fast-paced environment.
