Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admission process, providing detailed information about the school, and ensuring a smooth enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Counsel prospective parents about the school curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for smooth admission operations.
Assist in organizing school visits, admission events, and orientation programs.
Achieve admission targets as per the academic year plan.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Prior experience in school admission counselling will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
