Job Opportunity: Admission Counsellor

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru

Salary:

  • Graduate Freshers: ₹30,000 Take Home per month
  • Experienced (EdTech Sales / Real Estate Sales): Up to ₹36,000 Take Home per month

Are you a dynamic and persuasive individual with a passion for guiding students towards their educational goals? We are seeking enthusiastic Admission Counsellors to join our team on MG Road, Bengaluru. If you possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and are driven by targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counselling & Guidance: Provide comprehensive information and guidance to prospective students and their parents about various educational programs, courses, and admission procedures.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels (online inquiries, walk-ins, events, etc.).
  • Sales & Admissions: Achieve monthly admission targets by converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Documentation: Assist students with the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
  • Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence and feedback to help improve admission strategies and offerings.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and admissions data, preparing regular reports for management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Graduation is mandatory.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Experience (Preferred):
  • Fresh Graduates with excellent communication and persuasive skills are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with prior experience (any level) in EdTech sales or Real Estate sales will be given preference.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Proactiveness: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
