Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students to inform and counsel them about aviation courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures. Handle incoming queries from students and parents via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Maintain and update leads database and follow up consistently to ensure maximum conversion. Schedule and conduct telephonic or face-to-face counseling sessions. Assist candidates in completing their application and admission formalities. Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets. Maintain detailed reports and records of calls and conversions. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
