As an Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist at our company located in Mumbai - Goregaon, you will play a crucial role in managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing essential clerical support. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, overseeing office supplies, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage phone calls and direct them appropriately - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner - Provide clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and filing - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Monitor and manage office supplies inventory - Assist with executive administrative tasks as required Qualifications: - Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills - Strong phone etiquette to handle incoming calls effectively - Excellent communication skills for interacting with visitors and colleagues - Clerical skills including basic office tasks - Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office software for daily tasks - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus,
