We are hiring for Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Hindi speaking Must

Location – poonamallee

Salary – 2.4 LPA to 4.8 LPA

Experience – Fresher can also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and confidentially.

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.

• Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential information.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

• Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Manage expenses, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks.

• Assist in planning and coordinating personal or office events.

• Perform ad hoc duties as required by the executive.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
