As an Executive Assistant, this role supports the Presidents office by driving strategic initiatives, tracking high priority projects, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders (internal & external). Be part of all strategic meetings and ensure all documentation and follow ups. Assist with strategy planning exercises AOP, L ong Range Strategy support and its execution. Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders. Work closely with the Top Management on new projects, events / commitments, Monitor tasks delegated by President to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines. Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverable.
