About the job: As a Management Trainee for Government Project Handling, you will work directly with our leadership team to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact projects in collaboration with central and state government bodies. This is a strategic and dynamic role designed for passionate individuals looking to build a career in public policy implementation, youth development, and large-scale education interventions. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the coordination and execution of government-led youth engagement programs. 2. Draft proposals, concept notes, and progress reports for Ministries and government partners. 3. Track project milestones and support the timely delivery of targets. 4. Liaise with government departments, universities, schools, and internal teams to ensure alignment. 5. Conduct research, compile data, and create presentations to support program strategy. 6. Support field operations including outreach, stakeholder engagement, and training activities. 7. Handle documentation, reporting, and communication for assigned projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Education, Political Science, Development Studies, or related fields. 2. Strong interest in public policy, government partnerships, youth engagement, or education reform. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus). 4. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort with project management tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines. 6.
