Job Description

We are hiring for one of our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process:
    • Identify vendors and source quotes
    • Negotiate for the best deals
    • Finalize proposals and recommend PO/WO/AMC processes
    • Follow up on deliveries post-order placement
  • Handle statutory compliance with authorities such as STPI, Customs, GHMC, and Labour departments for:
    • Import shipment clearance
    • License registrations and renewals
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports

Who We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline) with

    4-5 years

    of experience in:
    • Administration Contract & Vendor Management
    • Statutory Affairs
    • Reports Management (preferably in IT/ITES sector)
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduation in Management or relevant certifications
