Administration Assistant

COKO India is a luxury ceramic lifestyle and tableware brand under Incmett Global LLP, Greater Noida. We are a fast-growing brand known for premium handcrafted products, strong aesthetics, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, office coordination, documentation, and communication within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office activities, records, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining files related to sales, purchase, and inventory.
• Draft and send professional emails, letters, and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and clients.
• Handle petty cash, vouchers, and expense reports.
• Support management in scheduling meetings, calls, and administrative tasks.
• Assist marketing team with coordination for social media and online operations.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools (like Canva, ChatGPT, CRM, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
