Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage office files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare Quotation, invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and other reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors, clients, and logistics.
  • Maintain stock/inventory records of raw materials and consumables.
  • Support HR and accounts with daily administrative tasks.
  • Track and manage attendance, leaves, and employee records.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up on internal and external communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any stream) or relevant diploma.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Tally or ERP is a plus.
  • Good communication skills (English and Tamil).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
