Proficiency in checking patient vitals and administering injections, such as insulin, is a key requirement for this role. Fluency in languages like Hindi and Telugu will be an added advantage for effective communication with patients. As a Nurse with a BSc/GNM qualification, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for monitoring and accurately recording vital signs and patient observations to ensure timely interventions when needed. Hygiene, both personal and for the patient, plays a critical role in preventing infections and maintaining a healthy environment. Strong time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks efficiently, especially when working across various shifts, including 24-hour on-site patient care. Excellent communication skills are a must-have for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
