You will be joining Proactive For Her team as a skilled and experienced Paediatrician. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include conducting general paediatric consultations, diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses and injuries, administering vaccines as per guidelines, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. You will also be required to develop and implement protocols for paediatric consultations, vaccines administration, and emergency situations to ensure the highest standards of care. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to create training protocols for support staff, educating and supporting patients and their families on paediatric health issues, maintaining accurate medical records, staying updated with developments in paediatric medicine, and participating in quality improvement initiatives are essential aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Paediatrician MD/DNB from a recognized institute, possess an active Medical License in Karnataka, and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Strong clinical skills in paediatric medicine, proficiency in administering vaccines, and managing paediatric emergencies are required. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, commitment to compassionate care, and willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development activities are also necessary for this role.,
