About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Dalpatpur ICD/PFT. This role will manage office operations, procurement, vendor relationships, compliance, and support HR functions at the terminal and office. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functionality. Coordinate and manage procurement of office supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation for terminal operations and compliance. Ensure compliance with Shop & Establishment regulations for both terminal and office. Manage HRMS updates and employee records for accurate and timely processing. Supervise and liaise with third-party vendors and contractors for services. Oversee safety and equipment compliance within the terminal. Monitor diesel stock and generate reports for management. Handle administrative support for senior management and internal teams. Ensure compliance with local government regulations and submit returns on time. Qualifications: Graduation degree. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in office administration and vendor management. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
