  • Record Keeping
  • Administrative Tasks:Handling tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and scheduling meetings.
  • Client Interaction
  • Computer Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software.
  • Teamwork:The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
  • Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Assisting the Front Office team.
