Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management:Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, both internal and external.
  • Record Keeping:Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, databases, and records.
  • Scheduling and Logistics:Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
  • Office Management:Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
  • Financial Support:Assisting with tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
  • HR Support:Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • General Support:Providing assistance to staff members, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
