Admin/ Telle caller

We are looking for a persuasive and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, provide information, and address any customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain herbal production areas, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or close sales.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Stay updated with product offerings and promotions.
• Follow up on leads or previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction or conversion.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and address their concerns professionally.
• Record customer details and conversations in the CRM system.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments.
• Prepare daily call reports and update the management team.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Assist in achieving team and organizational sales goals.

Requirements:

• Bacherlor's degree in any Field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer handling is a plus.
• In and around Pollachi female Candidates Prefrred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
