· Head Admission Executive

· Admission Executive

· DTP Operator

· Admin Executive – Transport

· Librarian

· Executive IT Helpdesk

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a pleasant demeanour, and the ability to manage incoming queries and calls with confidence and patience. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and organized environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanour at all times.
• Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
• Confident in handling calls and addressing concerns or queries with calmness and clarity.
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication, data entry).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Prior experience in a similar role (especially in an educational setting) is preferred but not mandatory.
