Job Opening: Exe - Administration Department No. of Vacancy: 02 Experience: 4 to 9 Years Work Location : Dahej, Gujarat Qualification: Any Graduate / Hospitality Management Course (if any) Job Description: Knowledge of Housekeeping Management, Canteen Management and Guest Management Event Management and preparation to provide facility to VVIP Guests Handling Inventory Management & Canteen management Responsible for planning, cost control for consumables and staffing Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly reports MIS Practical experience of Event Management Ensuring the proper documentation of records & process which needs to follow as per the ISO standards. Monitoring monthly invoices and vendor payment status to ensure purchase orders are not over billed and vendors receive timely payment to avoid disruption in services Identify and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service. Knowledge of 5S & IMS controls preference to be given, who having the knowledge of SAP and Local Candidates [ Note: Candidate compulsory to stay in company provided accommodation ]
