Admin & Finance Specialist

Alien Technology Transfer is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Admin & Finance Assistant to join our Administrative Business Unit. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be degree-educated, a self-starter, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively scheduling and coordinating meetings involving senior-level internal and/or external participants. You will also be tasked with managing the inbox and calendar, prioritizing emails, and responding on behalf of the manager when necessary. Additionally, you will be involved in gathering and preparing briefing packs, as well as preparing periodic reports. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience working on admin tasks with accounting experience. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also essential. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work modality, where you will be required to work Monday to Thursday at the office and Friday from home.
