Admin File Opener

You are looking to join Davies as an Admin Assistant in the Legal Solutions team. In this role, you will support the Team Leader and Claims Handlers by inputting new claims and handling various administrative tasks. Your skill set will be developed to increase your competence in all activities within your role and broaden your capacity across all administration areas. Your key responsibilities will include accurately inputting new claims within specified time frames, supporting with CRU and NHS post and tasks, providing admin support to claims handlers and other departments as needed, collaborating with File Handler Assistants on administrative tasks, adhering to client-specific SLAs and best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high levels of service and productivity consistently. To succeed in this role, you should have previous admin experience, excellent IT skills including Excel proficiency, good communication skills, strong organizational abilities to manage your workload, the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, keen attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and exceptional client care and customer service skills.
