General Administration Manage administrative operations of the Regional Office and provide daily support to Kidzonia centers in Pune. Handle visitor management, documentation, and routine center-level admin escalations . Maintain updated records of assets, vendor contacts, complaint logs, and AMC details . Coordinate with HO and Center Heads for all admin-related requirements. 2. Procurement & Inventory Management Raise and track purchase requests for uniforms, stationery, grocery, kits, and event-related materials . Coordinate with vendors and the HO procurement team to ensure timely delivery and quality checks . Maintain stock registers, delivery logs, and center-wise inventory records . Negotiate with local vendors for best pricing, quality, and availability . 3.
