Admin cum Telecaller

As an Outbound Call Executive at our company located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, your role will involve engaging with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about our courses, fees, and admission procedures. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining call logs and enquiry reports. Additionally, you will support marketing campaigns by contacting leads from various online and offline sources to achieve admission and enquiry targets as set by the management. Key responsibilities include: - Making outbound calls to prospective students and parents - Providing detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures - Following up on leads and maintaining call logs and enquiry reports - Supporting marketing campaigns by contacting leads from online/offline sources - Achieving admission and enquiry targets as set by the management - Handling front desk operations and managing walk-in enquiries - Maintaining student records, attendance, and documentation - Supporting daily office activities such as filing, data entry, and correspondence - Assisting in scheduling classes, meetings, and counselling sessions - Coordinating with faculty and management for smooth office operations Qualifications required: - Good communication skills in English and the local language - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling) - Pleasant personality and professional attitude - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Experience in educational counselling or administration will be an added advantage - Female candidates in and around Coimbatore are preferred This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our educational institution.,
