Job Description

We are looking for a confident, responsible and proactive Admin & Counsellor with 2–5 years of experience in counselling, admissions, and general administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to guide students professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in enquiries and guide students about courses, admissions, fees, and career paths
• Handle daily administrative tasks, student records, documentation, and coordination
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
• Maintain a structured and organised front office environment
• Manage calls, emails, and student communication
• Support centre operations and assist faculty when required
• Ensure smooth functioning of daily institute activities

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in counselling or admin roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently
• Strong organisational skills and basic computer proficiency
• Energetic, responsible, and committed to work ethics

Salary:

Based on experience and interview
