WANTED CALIBRATION ASSISTANT

An admin assistant for a calibration lab typically plays a key role in supporting the operations of the lab, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Some of the key responsibilities may include:

1. Scheduling and Coordination

• Scheduling calibration appointments and appointments for clients.
• Coordinating the calibration work for various instruments.
• Managing the lab's calendar, ensuring that no conflicts arise.

2. Document Management

• Keeping records of calibration certificates, reports, and test results.
• Managing calibration documentation, ensuring it complies with industry standards.
• Ensuring that calibration records are up-to-date and stored appropriately.

3. Inventory Management

• Keeping track of calibration tools and instruments.
• Ordering replacement parts, tools, or calibration equipment as necessary.
• Ensuring calibration instruments are properly maintained and up to date.

4. Customer Communication

• Communicating with clients regarding calibration schedules, reminders, and updates.
• Addressing client inquiries and providing assistance with calibration processes or reports.

5. Quality Control

• Ensuring that all calibration procedures are performed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with accreditation bodies, such as ISO 17025.
• Keeping track of calibration certificates and validating that they are properly issued and distributed.

6. General Administrative Support

• Handling incoming calls, emails, and other administrative tasks for the lab.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assisting technicians and engineers as needed with administrative tasks.

Candidate should complete fresher ANY basic degree / DIPLOMA / ITI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
