Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various office functions to ensure smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing office supplies and equipment to support day-to-day activities. - Handling and organizing both physical and digital files for easy accessibility. - Coordinating team calendars, appointments, and meetings, including managing meeting resources. - Responding to phone calls and emails, as well as assisting with internal and external communication. - Inputting, updating, and maintaining company data accurately across different platforms. - Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and report preparation. - Greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a positive experience. - Keeping track of office supplies and ensuring timely reordering for uninterrupted operations. - Maintaining organized records with confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
