Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the company
Maintain and regularly update stock records
Manage stock replacement, verification, and inventory tracking
Ensure timely clearing and follow-up of payments with vendors and clients
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflow
Assist management with operational planning and reporting
Input creative ideas to support company growth and brand development
Research and suggest innovative strategies based on current market trends
Support implementation of new processes, tools, or ideas to improve efficiency

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and administrative skills
Basic knowledge of stock/inventory management
Understanding of payment processing and record-keeping
Creative thinking current business and industry trends
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
