We are seeking an experienced Pressman to be responsible for die setup, fitting, and maintenance within our press operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operating Hydraulic Press Machines and ensuring the efficient functioning of stamping dies. Key Responsibilities: - Operating Hydraulic Press Machines and ensuring proper functionality - Installing and removing stamping dies in mechanical or hydraulic presses - Aligning, fitting, and adjusting dies for optimal operation and part quality - Performing preventive maintenance on dies, including cleaning and lubrication - Troubleshooting die-related issues during production and conducting minor repairs - Collaborating with press operators and maintenance teams to reduce downtime - Reading and interpreting technical drawings and part specifications - Utilizing precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify die setup accuracy Experience: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pressman Die Fitter. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: This position requires working during the day shift. Ability to commute/relocate: Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Dhuri, Punjab before starting work.
