DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - HR As DEPUTY GM HR , you will lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function within the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Defence will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the defence industry. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, defence contractors, and military organizations, to drive growth and expand market share for the company. The BDM will be expected to leverage their knowledge of the defence market, strategic insights, and negotiation skills to secure new contracts, partnerships, and projects. Key responsibilities: Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in defence ministries, military organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers in the defence sector Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and potential areas for expansion within the defence sector Stay up-to-date with government defence budgets, procurement processes, and upcoming tenders and contracts.
