System Design: Create detailed designs and specifications for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical power distribution, and plumbing systems. Coordination & Integration: Work with architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly with the building's architecture and structure Code Compliance: Ensure all MEP designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and regulations to guarantee safety and functionality. Develop schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of MEP-related tasks during the construction phase. System Performance: Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure the systems perform optimally. Technical Documentation: Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other necessary technical documents for the project. Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiarity with local, regional, and national building codes and regulations.
